About the Recipe
After a recent surgery, I was advised to fill up on protein and greens. This was my go-to smoothie. And my recovery was quick!
Ingredients
1 cup kale leaves, chopped (hard stems removed)
1/2 cup frozen mangoes
1/2 cup frozen pineapple
1 tablespoon peanut butter (unsalted)
1 scoop collagen powder (optional)
2 Medjool dates, pitted
3/4 cup milk (oat milk works well)
Preparation
Blend in a high speed blender.
