Matcha Mint Latte
Although Matcha is incredibly good for us, it's "earthy" taste can be a little off-putting. But with the addition of a few other healthy ingredients it can taste really delicious. I made this for St Patrick's day, but will be drinking it all year long.
1 cup milk (I like to use oat milk or whole milk)
1 teaspoon matcha powder
1 teaspoon raw honey
1 scoop collagen powder (I use Vital Proteins Collagen Peptides, unflavored)
About 6 fresh mint leaves.
Add all ingredients to a high-speed blender and blend well.
If you like your lattes really cold, you can add a couple of ice cubes.
